Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 44 years
∎ Strong communication & negotiation skills (English proficiency essential).
∎ Experience working with the Middle East or Malaysian recruitment market is preferred.
∎ Tech-savvy and well-versed in digital marketing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies for manpower recruitment in KSA, Malaysia, UAE, Qatar, and other GCC countries.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign recruitment agencies and employers.
∎ Handle client communication, proposal development, and contract finalization.
∎ Coordinate with sourcing and documentation teams to ensure smooth processing.
∎ Represent the company in local and international events/meetings if needed.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
∎ Prepare regular reports and projections for overseas recruitment targets.
∎ Ensure completion of any additional tasks assigned by the management as required.
