Ray Advertising is seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the company’s comprehensive marketing and brand initiatives across Bangladesh, the U.S., and international markets. We’re hiring for both On-site (Bogura Office) and Remote (Work From Home) positions.
This role follows a night shift schedule from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (BD Time) — including a 1-hour break — to align with U.S. market operations.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to strategically direct, execute, and optimize all marketing initiatives for Ray Advertising across domestic and international markets.
The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of marketing strategy, brand development, digital campaigns, social media engagement, event activations, sponsorships, and market research, ensuring all initiatives align with business objectives and drive measurable impact.
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for national and international markets to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Identify high-value marketing channels, emerging trends, and strategic campaigns to enhance market positioning and competitive advantage.
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between marketing objectives and organizational goals.
Lead brand strategy and positioning across all markets, ensuring consistency of messaging, visual identity, and value proposition.
Oversee brand communication initiatives to strengthen market credibility, awareness, and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with leadership to integrate brand equity objectives into strategic business decisions.
Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.
Develop social media strategies to drive engagement, audience growth, and conversion in both local and international markets.
Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to inform strategy and maximize ROI.
Conduct strategic market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning in both Bangladesh and U.S. markets.
Evaluate emerging opportunities for campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships, and brand activations.
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to guide data-driven marketing decisions.
Conduct market research and analysis of key local and international industry forums, conferences, and networking platforms to identify high-value opportunities for brand visibility and positioning.
Assess opportunities based on strategic fit, brand impact, and expected ROI, providing actionable recommendations on which initiatives the company should engage with, sponsor, or activate.
Oversee end-to-end execution of selected initiatives, including brand collateral, partner coordination, and cross-functional implementation, to maximize brand engagement and market presence.
Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from strategic planning to operational execution and post-campaign performance analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams including design, IT, sales, and operations to ensure timely and impactful execution of marketing initiatives.
Maintain structured documentation, performance dashboards, and reports to communicate campaign outcomes to leadership.
All new hires will start with a 1-month probation period, during which 50% of the agreed salary will be paid. Upon successful completion, the full salary will be applied. Ray Advertising does not extend probation beyond one month.
