∎ NOOR SIR Physics:NSP & Mehedi Chemistry Academy is a reputed coaching center/shadow education organization based in Dhaka assisting students from different classes via academic and university admission coaching support since 2014. As per the EdTech and shadow education industry landscape is drastically changing, the organization has decided to undergo 360-degree digital transformation and enhanced online & offline marketing efforts rather than traditional marketing which will result in best experience for their existing and potential students.
∎ To undergo with this process the organization would be needing some dynamic fulltime resources to drive the marketing of the organization and generate best results.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the in-house marketing and creative team
∎ Reporting the marketing lead and the management regarding the activities and progress.
∎ Proactively taking part in the policy making in the service delivery.
∎ Lead the marketing strategies, marketing operations, content marketing efforts, social media marketing, online and offline marketing campaigns/events etc.
∎ Take part in the business development strategies and streamlining the operations.
∎ Any other responsibilities entrusted by the marketing lead and management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed university. Individuals from other backgrounds having excellent track record in relevant industry can also apply.
∎ 2-3 years of relevant working experience in education sector, ed-techs, corporate training based-organization, or relevant service driven organization.
∎ Sound knowledge in digital marketing, social media marketing, inbound marketing & content marketing.
∎ Sound knowledge in operating MS Office and Gsuite Tools
∎ Proactive, target driven, team player and who can run the show with ownership and capable to bring in better results.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ 1) BDT 30,000- 40,000. (Negotiable for excellent candidates)
2) Performance Bonus, Yearly Salary review
