Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales strategies to target and approach potential clients.
∎ Collaborate with banks or other financial institutions to offer your money sorter.
∎ Industrial product sales and marketing
∎ Deliver presentations and demonstrations of Money Sorter & and automation products and solutions to potential customers.
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for international instrumentation products, aligning it with the company's overall business goals.
∎ Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
∎ Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to identify and nurture potential customers, working closely with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
∎ To motivate and build strong relationships with customers to get the best output.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales plans and forecasts.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
∎ Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
∎ Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
∎ Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and aligning to provide a solution
∎ Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration
∎ Highlight the benefits, features, and competitive advantages of the offerings.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and pipeline management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 54 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sales & and marketing knowledge in Industrial product sales and marketing, good knowledge of Bank Financial markets.
∎ Hands-on experience in any of the PLC brand knowledge on Digital solutions used along with PLC Automation is an added advantage.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation.
