Responsibilities & Context:

  • Ready Mix Concrete Industries Marketing Manager.

  • Industrial Flooring (PU, Epoxy) Industries Marketing Manager.

  • Experience as Department Head at last 10 to 15 years.

Strategy Development and Implementation:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team in alignment with the company’s vision.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and sales team to ensure high performance.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and target audience.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Set sales targets and monitor progress toward achieving them.

  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Budget Oversight:

  • Manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

  • Monitor expenses and ROI for all marketing and sales activities.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates and insights.

Performance Reporting:

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, marketing campaign results, and market trends.

  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

Innovation and Improvement:

  • Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to improve marketing and sales efficiency.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
