Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable to contact with potential buyer for Business Development against New Order collection.
∎ Develop new Buyer and handle different Buyer's orders independently.
∎ Preparing yearly Marketing Budget based on factory's capacity as well as Capability.
∎ To check the production capacity with planning & reserve as well for particular period.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about product costing & pricing process/procedure.
∎ Should have the ability to handle all development jobs for new clients' sourcing issues.
∎ Have to manage client account from order inquiry to shipment, Inventory and Supply chain.
∎ To deal with the Buyer independently for all the marketing & merchandising activities including price quoting, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Candidate must be expert in sourcing new buyers, collecting orders. Keep close liaison with buyers & Suppliers for any update of the production. Co-ordinate customers/ suppliers visits and deploys resources accordingly.
∎ Act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipment of order

∎ Must be a good communicator with great personality
∎ Must be a well negotiator
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability
∎ Must have good presence and leadership ability
∎ Modern System Adaptability & Creativity
∎ Good Command in English (Spoken & Written)
∎ Willingness to visit factories frequently as and when required
∎ Should be a convincing personality
Salary:
∎ Basic (negotiable) salary with emphasis on commission based income.
