∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Direct Sales, retail Sales, Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Herbal Medicine, Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Monthly Target
∎ Achieve the monthly & yearly sales target.
∎ Achieve sales target of the zone.
∎ Build brand awareness among the public
∎ Evaluate sales opportunities of the assigned region.
∎ Assist management in developing business strategies.
∎ To extend its marketing operation to a much wider region
∎ Develop and maintain constant relationship and networking with health related pharmacy
∎ Door to door communication with all doctors & dealer.
∎ Maintain good relation with doctors & Dealer.
∎ Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Pharmaceuticals industries.
∎ Having Sound knowledge in computer office package specially-office packages- MS Excel /MS Word/Internet Browsing
∎ Good command over spoken and written English-provides clear, concise written/verbal communications appropriate to the clients
∎ Excellent reporting & presentation skills.
∎ Applicants should be good looking, smart, energetic, hard-working, honest, well-mannered and intelligent.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situations.
∎ Fair knowledge about pharmaceuticals product.
∎ Excellent teamwork skills-works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
∎ Full-fledged commitment to the cause of the organization.
∎ Results driven - strive to make a difference, enjoys a challenge and working under pressure to achieve the objective.
∎ Positive can do attitude.
∎ Ability to ensure targeted sale per month.
