Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Marketing Manager / Incharge manages the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long term marketing strategy for the company.
∎ Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
∎ Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve sales target.
∎ Maintain strong relationship along with the customers to achieve the goal.
∎ Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
∎ Determine yearly sales target by preparing area sales plan, zonal sales plan.
∎ Preparing Sales Budget and Work Plan for implementation of the same.
∎ Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
∎ Liaison with different government offices (DAE, SCA & different research organizations) to ensure overall registration procedures of seeds, pesticides and fertilizers
∎ Product development for Pesticide, Fertilizer, Bio-pesticide etc.
∎ Monitoring/supervision of the activities Marketing Staff.
∎ Experience of Market Analysis and Intelligence reporting.
∎ Event Management for organizing Training for Dealers/Retailers and conference
∎ Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
∎ Sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
∎ Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
∎ Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.
∎ Annual Performance Evaluation of the subordinates
∎ To perform any other tasks assigned and given by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10-15 years experience as in the related field of pesticides and seeds sales from any reputed Agriculture company.
∎ Proactive with good command in English language for reporting.
∎ Computer literacy in All MS office applications is mandatory.
∎ Strong analytical and marketing management skills.
∎ Confident and dynamic personality and Strong creative outlook.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production & Administration.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & work without supervision.
∎ Excellent communication skill in written English & Bangla.
∎ Self-motivating personality and ready to take challenging assignments.
∎ Good command on MS-Office & Email correspondence.
