∎ At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
∎ Experience in the travel agency field is highly preferred (candidates with relevant experience will have an advantage).
∎ Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content management.
∎ Proven track record of achieving marketing targets and KPIs.
∎ Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

∎ Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
∎ Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies and campaigns.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitors to develop effective marketing plans.
∎ Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to meet targets.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
∎ Maintain and manage the company’s social media platforms and online presence.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the travel and tourism industry.
∎ Report on the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
