Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to Develop Sales Plans, strategies and lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned targets through marketing forces.
∎ Maintaining good relationships with architect firms and existing clients.
∎ Candidate should visit the market on daily basis.
∎ Need to meet individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Ceramic ware, Tiles, Building Automation Sector, and Real Estate Sector marketing.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Conduct market survey on competitor's activities, planning, strategies, and recommended management creative suggestion for business planning.
∎ To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship development.
∎ Prepare and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Ceramicware/ Tiles industries
∎ Good communication & negotiation skills.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have the tendency to work for extended hours.
∎ Should have minimum computer knowledge.
∎ Driving a motorbike with a Valid driving license will be preferred
∎ Experience in showroom/display center operations will be added advantages
