• MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in flat/real estate sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills will be highly preferred.
• Must be target-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media communication.
• Ability to deal with clients professionally and confidently.

Workplace: Work at office (Field visits required)

Job Location: Dhaka (Project sites as required)

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell residential flats under Super Asset Technology Ltd.
• Maintain communication with potential buyers through calls, social media, and field visits.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet monthly sales targets.
• Present property details to clients professionally and confidently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with clients until booking confirmation and handover.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
