Responsibilities & Context:
Workplace: Work at office (Field visits required)

Job Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell residential flats under Super Asset Technology Ltd.
- Maintain communication with potential buyers through calls, social media, and field visits.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet monthly sales targets.
- Present property details to clients professionally and confidently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with clients until booking confirmation and handover.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
