Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setup Sales team & Distribution Network in respective territories.
∎ Prepare & Implement Business plans & Marketing Strategies as per company policy.
∎ Developing ideas & strategies for further development of business opportunities.
∎ Routine/Randomly Customer and client visit.
∎ Identify Key Customers /Creating new dealer/customer and maintain good and long term relationship.
∎ Promotion of business at large through business analysis.
∎ Meet the objectives and targets of the concern sales and marketing department.
∎ Explore Strategic, Technical and Commercial scopes, feasibility analysis, forecasting and prepare short term and long-term Business plan.
∎ Prepare daily work report as well as closing report at the weekend, monthly & yearly.
∎ Lead and Monitor the Sales and solve related problem.
∎ Analyze campaign performance and ROI,
