Job Context:
∎ Marketing Manager:
∎ General description: project work and regulatory activities in the area of marketing, communication and sales support with extensive knowledge of competitors’ market and networking skills.
∎ Basis: Senior Level Manager with completed degree in business or technical studies (preferably in marketing and/or civil engineering) or specific vocational training with at least 10-25 years of professional experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Description of roles and responsibilities:
∎ • Editing, maintaining and tracking marketing projects in the sphere of construction specialist foundation and piling works in Bangladesh
∎ • Collection and analysis of market and sales information in Bangladesh on domestic level to identify key territories for focused sales, trends in overall market development, competitor activity, forecast annual performance, and review historical performance trends, leading to a better market and company understanding and overall strengthened performance.
∎ • Business development, seeking out new tenders and clients in new territories, as well as negotiation of tenders and contracts
∎ • Maintaining the corporate’s brand image but also localizing necessary marketing ideas to cater to the Bangladeshi market
∎ • Communication with potential clients and relevant government agencies in order to educate customers on Bauer products and construction methods, including innovative new solutions for the region, and ensure that Bauer’s premium position in the market is properly reflected in all of our public interactions.
∎ • Maintaining Regulatory Tasks (e.g., Marketing Channels, Topics)
∎ • Creation of documents, events, brochures, newsletters, Internet, advertisements (etc.), while ensuring adherence to global Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good speaking and writing level of English is a requirement
Salary: Negotiable
