Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting / Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an Executive account as project based/contractual .
∎ Candidate should have intention to travel anywhere in the Bangladesh for project purpose.
∎ Employment Status : Contractual / Project based
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure petty cash, cash management and cash disbursement is properly maintained
∎ Maintain inventory system by supervising the records of all productive items & Acquisition of Fixed Assets.
∎ Checking of bills, voucher, invoices etc and taking approvals for arranging payment
∎ Should be good knowledge about staff & organization or supplier Tax & VAT
∎ Maintain & Supervision all kind of vouchers, bill, general budget, bank & different registers related to finance & accounts.
∎ Checking of suppliers and vendors bill and arrange payment systematically
∎ Compliance of Tax & VAT matters
∎ Good knowledge about commercial related work.
∎ Good knowledge about LC & logistic work
∎ Closing cash flow or report, bank reconcile.
∎ To prepare management report, analyze accounting records, financial statements on monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly, and as when necessary and submit the reports to the Management in time.
∎ Preparing Monthly Budget, Cash flow statement and projection
∎ Coordinate with others company / vendor & solve legal issues (if any).
∎ Perform any other task given by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience will be good enough.
∎ The applicants should have clear communication skill
∎ Should be good in English
∎ Energetic & Self Motivated.
∎ Banking experienced person will be getting preferred
Salary:
∎ BDT 25,000 to BDT 30,000 (As per discussed)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus

∎ Mobile bill
∎ As per company policy
