Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Environment or Diploma in Civil / Environment or Equivalent work
∎ Experience / Bachelor in Business Administration with HSE experience.
∎ Associate degree in HSE .
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a HSE Officer as project based/contractual.
∎ Candidate should have intention to travel anywhere in the Bangladesh for project purpose.
∎ Employment Status : Contractual / Project Based
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist supervisors or team leads in managing on site to perform work in safe way.
∎ Encourage active team members to monitor and implement safety guidelines.
∎ Create awareness of HSE precautions taken on site according to the nature of then work.
∎ Implement HSE standards for site activities.
∎ Perform work safely by establishing effective communication with the workforce.
∎ Always update HSE related issues and activities to the HSE Manager.
∎ Checking tools and tackles for related task.
∎ Applying First Aid as need for any employee.
∎ Maintaining HSE manual, forms formats, registers & Safety records.
∎ Comply with client requirements and notify periodically with proper reports.
∎ Advise all levels of staff regarding issues arising from risk assessments and investigations.
∎ Ensures emergency response systems, policies and procedures are in place to manage emergency situations.
∎ Ensure safe operating instructions are available at working place.
∎ Inspecting construction equipment prior to starts work in site.
∎ Executing of safety rules while carrying out heavy lifting and erection, men & material transportation.
∎ Ensuring proper implementation of Electrical safety policy.
∎ Co-ordinate internal & external resources to ensure delivery of high quality and efficient HSE support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ No age limits
∎ Minimum 3years' experience will be good enough.
∎ The applicants should have good experience in the Construction area
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Health Safety Environment, HSE department, Infrastructure Development & Project
∎ Highly organized with excellent knowledge .
∎ Understanding of construction management site work process and Familiar with
∎ Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
∎ Excellent time management ability with proper and clear communication skill
∎ Able to multitask with a strong understanding of core officer duties
Salary:
∎ BDT 30,000 to BDT 35,000 (As per discussed)
