Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC in Civil from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing adequate techniques and proper methods for effective implementation of QC plan.
∎ Coordination & implementation of required Laboratory and field test of soil cement piles (eg. Strength, bearing capacity, permeability, load test etc)
∎ Ensuring that the products comply with relevant standards.
∎ Testing of incoming materials eg. Cement, water, stone etc as per standard.
∎ Lab trials of different mix design to meet requirements.
∎ Inspection of project site assist in investigation of non-conformance or client complains and its implementation of corrective action.
∎ Calibration of QC equipments.
∎ Preparing QC report for submission.
∎ Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation
∎ Monitor all quality related activities on the project
∎ Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals
∎ Coordinate with others company / vendor & solve QC issues (if any)
∎ Perform any other task given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience will be good enough.
∎ The applicants should have good experience in the Construction area
∎ Should be good in English
∎ Energetic & Self Motivated.
∎ Clear communication skill both written & verbal
Salary:
∎ BDT 30,000- BDT 35,000 (As per discussed)
