∎ We are looking for a Energetic, Target Oriented and well Qualified travel enthusiast to join our team and support the day-to-day marketing activities.
∎ To succeed in this role, you must be skilled in content creation (at least Canva and Adobe Photoshop), copywriting and maintaining social media handles.
∎ You must have foundational knowledge on marketing, an eye for detail and be able to think on your feet. You will assume different roles at times, as a project coordinator, critical/creative thinker, storyteller, and communication expert.
∎ You will have a creative flair and will be able to effectively communicate with clients to understand the delicate needs of our premium client segment, and accordingly find the best travel arrangements for clients.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending to all queries through phone, social media, and other mediums; and ensuring the highest form of customer service is rendered to clients.
∎ Content creation.
∎ Copywriting.
∎ Maintaining social media handles.
∎ Making cold calls.
∎ Sending cold emails.
∎ Sourcing, nurturing, and closing cold leads.
∎ Preparing quotation for clients.
∎ Liaises between the client and the airline ticket reservation team.
∎ Supporting the overall marketing initiatives of the company.
∎ Ad-hoc involvement and support in wider strategic initiatives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing.
∎ Prior experiences in working in a travel agencies will be prioritized.
∎ Ability to learn and adapt with new software and technology.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge in MS Excel & Word.
∎ Good typing skill (Bangla & English).
∎ Honest and ethical mind setup.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
