Education:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in sales, particularly in B2B, software, or healthcare, will be an advantage.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships.
∎ Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, CRM software, and productivity tools like Google Workspace.
∎ Must have a motorbike and a valid driving license, as regular field visits are required.
∎ Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit private doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals to introduce and promote the E-Prescription software.
∎ Present product features and benefits clearly, addressing the specific needs of each doctor or clinic.
∎ Conduct software demonstrations in person or online to drive subscriptions.
∎ Follow up with potential clients and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
∎ Work closely with the digital marketing team to support local campaigns, online promotions, and awareness activities.
∎ Help create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and digital content.
∎ Collect feedback, testimonials, and use cases from clients to support future promotions.
∎ Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM tools.
∎ Provide regular sales and activity reports to your supervisor.
∎ Share insights and feedback from the field with the product and marketing teams to help improve service delivery.
