• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Mass Communication & Journalism

• Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Marketing, Business, Media, or Communication.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing.
• Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
• Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn new marketing technologies.

Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities

• Marketing Coordination: Assist in campaign planning, execution, and daily marketing operations while maintaining consistent brand communication.

• AI & Automation: Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Notion AI, etc.) for content creation, performance analysis, and workflow automation.

• Social Media & Influencer Management: Identify and coordinate with influencers, manage collaborations, and track campaign performance.

• Content Creation: Support in writing posts, designing visuals, and managing social media scheduling.

• Reporting & Insights: Prepare weekly performance reports and generate insights to enhance marketing outcomes.
