Responsibilities & Context:
Field Marketing Work
Visit markets to collect real-time data and competitor insights.
Identify new dealers, distributors, and retail opportunities.
Collect, organize, and submit accurate field data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
Create and maintain strong business relationships with dealers and distributors.
Support the onboarding and setup of new distribution partners.
Assist in completing tasks assigned by the marketing manager.
Maintain proper documentation of marketing and sales activities.
Receive and catalog product samples and marketing materials.
Distribute them to field sales representatives and partners.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products.
Follow up on order status and assist in resolving delivery issues.
Monitor and record marketing campaigns and sales activities.
Use tools like Lark, WhatsApp, Facebook, and company CRM.
Track stock levels at distributor or dealer points.
Report low stock and ensure timely replenishment.
Submit detailed and structured market performance reports.
Highlight key issues, trends, and opportunities in the reports.
