Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly target &premium collection;
∎ Planning and execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of organization.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation.
∎ Set sales targets & define strategy to achieve those targets.
∎ Market survey/ Market research with extensively field visit & find out potential clients;
∎ Generate creative ideas to secure new customers & enhance business;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have good network with Banks and other financial institutions.
