Responsibilities & Context: Think Property is looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling telecommunication with potential and existing leads, arranging and managing business conferences, and supporting various operational tasks assigned by the management. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Social Media Platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube.
- Conduct professional telecommunication with leads, clients, and partners.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Arrange, coordinate, and manage business meetings, conferences, and events.
- Assist management in executing business development initiatives.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational support as instructed by management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management team.
