Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Masters/ MBA in Marketing from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To identify key customers and extend personalized
∎ service.
∎ To recognize business opportunities by identifying
∎ prospects and assessing their position in the industry,
∎ researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Maintain good relationships with existing clients and
∎ adopt policies to welcome new clients.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by
∎ personal sales visits, using face-to-face contact to
∎ provide a personal service.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ To look after customer queries with satisfaction,
∎ develop & maintain the relationship.
∎ Maintain after-sales official formalities to check
∎ application form, to prepare a payment schedule, to
∎ prepare a deed of agreement, and signing to the client.
∎ To be able to maintain a good atmosphere in the showroom/office
∎ and with other marketing personals so as to enhance the team-building spirit.
∎ Carry out competitive Sales Study, Market Survey and
∎ Business Analysis
∎ To manage day to day accounts and balance sheet.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management if required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 Years in the relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following
∎ area(s): Sales, Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Market Research, Corporate Marketing.
∎ Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution
∎ Ability to take the challenges to achieve the sales target to ensure larger sales volume
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Able to communicate with a wide network of different professionals/businessmen and look for prospective customers.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skills.
∎ Ready to work under stress & pressure
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Only Shortlisted & Promising candidates will be selected for the Interview.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
