Responsibilities & Context:
To develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
Conduct market research and, accordingly, utilize various digital channels, such as websites, social media platforms, and campaigns, to drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines, and achieving results.
- Proactively engage with new customers, suggest services as per their needs and follow up and update them.
- Having a correct understanding of each service of the company and properly presenting it to the customer.
- Drive sales volume and exceed sales targets by ensuring optimal use of customer trends, market research, and marketing through effective strategy formulation.
- Prepare monthly target achievement reports based on individual and team collection and various types of data entry work as per project.
- Communication - Effective communication (spoken, written, presentational) skills with people from different backgrounds.
- Adaptability - Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Office Time : 8 hours (Full time) / 4 hours (Part Time)
Internship period : 1 or 2 months
Salary during internship period is 50% of basic salary.
After the internship period, we will proceed with you as a full-time permanent employee, with a salary starting from 12,000 to 20,000 (full Time) and 6000 to 10000 (Part Time)taka, along with other benefits. Additional commission system after achieving sales target.
