• Age 18 to 30 years

• To develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and, accordingly, utilize various digital channels, such as websites, social media platforms, and campaigns, to drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines, and achieving results.
• Proactively engage with new customers, suggest services as per their needs and follow up and update them.
• Having a correct understanding of each service of the company and properly presenting it to the customer.
• Drive sales volume and exceed sales targets by ensuring optimal use of customer trends, market research, and marketing through effective strategy formulation.
• Prepare monthly target achievement reports based on individual and team collection and various types of data entry work as per project.
• Communication - Effective communication (spoken, written, presentational) skills with people from different backgrounds.
• Adaptability - Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Office Time : 8 hours (Full time) / 4 hours (Part Time)

Internship period : 1 or 2 months

Salary during internship period is 50% of basic salary. After the internship period, we will proceed with you as a full-time permanent employee, with a salary starting from 12,000 to 20,000 (full Time) and 6000 to 10000 (Part Time)taka, along with other benefits. Additional commission system after achieving sales target.
