∎ BBA in Marketing.
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Skills Required: Marketing, Real Estate sector.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Flat sale, Land Real Estate business and present market.
∎ Should have a positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship development.
∎ Be able to maintain a good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team-building spirit.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
∎ Experience about digital marketing / FB page, YouTube maintenance & Upload.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled in both English and Bengali & strong communication.
∎ Communication and collaboration, Persuasion skills, Professionalism, Hardworking, problem solving skills, sales target, customer service, Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work in and handle fast paced, diverse situations
