Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering.
∎ Only candidates from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET are instructed to apply.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, AutoCAD.
∎ Check Structural drawing (E Tabs/Safe/Stadd Pro using software)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing project which includes site supervision, planning, coordinating, evaluating, controlling, finishing & Handover the Construction project.
∎ Supervise all Project Engineers, Junior Engineers, Store Keepers & Projects others Staff.
∎ Supervision of projects construction work, ensuring quality and specification.
∎ Estimating of the require materials.
∎ Checking Materials Purchase Requisition.
∎ Checking all Contractors bills.
∎ Maintaining good relation with clients.
∎ Preparing Bill.
∎ Responsible for oversee all functional departments in Head Office and Site Office i.e. marketing & sales, administration, finance, accounts etc.
∎ To supervise and monitor whole logistics support.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ General Administration, Management, Construction work, Apartment Buildup, Procurement, Land Purchase, Perpetration of Deed of Contract, Registration and Others necessary works.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Best knowledge for Construction Works, Developer & Land work.
∎ Skilled in both English and Bengali & strong communication.
∎ Communication and collaboration, Management and Leadership, Negotiation Persuasion skills, Professionalism, Hardworking, problem solving skills, sales target, customer service, Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work in and handle fast paced, diverse situations
∎ Ability to Work under Pressure
