Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have Bachelor/Masters in Business Administration (Marketing)/ Fisheries or any related discipline with minimum CGPA 2.0/2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examination from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote ,Fisheries achieve sales target as per business plan.
∎ Collect Sales orders and make ensure the payment confirmation.
∎ Follow up and monitor Fisheries distribution up to the dealers point.
∎ Develop new dealers and maintain good relationship with existing dealers and farmers.
∎ Initiating sales promotions to grasp dealers and thereby increase the sales volume.
∎ Frequently visit of different areas of , Fisheries Dealers and Farmers to promote and generate sales.
∎ Analysis of market share, Volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares.
∎ Cheek and ensure product availability in all depots/dealers.
∎ Engage in any other responsibility as assigned by the management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): sales& Marketing.
∎ 2 to 5 years(S) Prior sales experience.
∎ Must have knowledge in sales, Distribution and marketing, Market trend & Competition, Customer Behaviour ,Fisheries.
∎ Must have good communication skills ( Active Listening and speaking)
∎ Must have persuasion & Negotiation skills, Networking ,time management ,Reporting and documentation skills.
∎ Able to take effective and timely initiative.
∎ Should be self -driven, proactive and target oriented.
∎ Hardworking ,Dedicated, Responsible & Presentable.
