Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential resort investors and extend personalized service to the resort investors.
∎ To collaborate with the resort sales team regularly Regarding Sales and Marketing.
∎ To seek new resort investment sales opportunities through various ways.
∎ To set up meetings with potential resort investors clients (if required).
∎ To keep records of potential resort investors information details.
∎ To set up meetings with potential resort investors clients (if required).
∎ To conduct periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly) to seniors and management.
∎ Preparing meeting with client if he agree with our Investing Plan.
∎ Clients should bring directly to our corporate office or Riviera Park Resort office.
∎ Office work should be done in inside and outside the office.
∎ Creating and presenting the Annual sales report.
∎ Market analysis to assess the business gap.
∎ Candidates must be experts in MS Office, especially Excel.
