∎ Minimum 4 years honors degree from any discipline / equivalent area

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
∎ Reach out to Customer leads through cold calling.
∎ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members and others departments.
∎ Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports.
∎ Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and promotional new products and service.
∎ Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
∎ Continuously improve through feedback .
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Have to communicate with customers face to face.
∎ Good communication and negotiation skill.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Offer the products features and find out the customer's requirements.
∎ Describe a product's features and benefits in a way understandable to the customer.
∎ Answer customer queries regarding the reputation of the store and the affordable price & quality of the products.
∎ Making Offer, submit proposal and follow-up.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ When the job is conform then the employee has to submit two copies of MICR bankChequein his own name.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Knowledge in Sales & Marketing
∎ Very Good working skill in Microsoft Excel and Word.
∎ Polite, Smart and Intelligent.
∎ Able to work under pressure.

Salary: Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
