Job Context:
∎ Netcom Trade International (NTI) is currently importing medical surgical Products and disposable item from various countries, for marketing its medical surgical item into overall Bangladesh market area needs committed marketing personnel for immediate requirement.
∎ Job Location: Based on Dhaka, but sometimes may need to go outside Dhaka market to follow up customer.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making Sales Call or Customer Call on a regular basis in a designated sales area to understand and improve upon product sales, new product introduction, range selling, communication, merchandising, and other transactional activities.
∎ Handling Credit, On Hand Stocks and Secondary sales management and monitoring at customer points.
∎ Also have to operate company's inventory software maintaining all sales activities through it.
∎ Establishing professional relationship with customers to improve productivity of the call and develop of business to achieve the annual and monthly sales target.
∎ Implementing all best practices adopted by the company and leads the team accordingly.
∎ Providing Market visit report and sales analysis to the team leader.
∎ Communicate and executing all promotion activities as per the Regional and National plan.
∎ Establish a target oriented leading sales Department to achieving the sales target practicing through reporting and monitoring discipline.
∎ Maintain regular documentation and provide smooth customer service
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing & Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling products to the end user or single customer
∎ Should have idea regarding Healthcare/Lifestyle product
∎ Hospital Products Selling
∎ Medical Equipment Selling
∎ 1-2 years' experience in the relevant field
∎ Male are encourage to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Should possess Drive & Initiative, Innovativeness, Problem Solving, Good Interpersonal & Communication skills.
∎ Candidates should be in their mid-twenties and have long-term career planning in Sales & Marketing.
∎ Has to be Go-Getter, Team Player
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Extensive Traveling is required
