∎ Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree from a reputed university. (Degree on Marketing will get preferences)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to formulate a marketing plan.
∎ Responsible for Marketing, sales, distributions and managing ads as per company policy.
∎ Achieve the monthly & yearly ad collection target.
∎ Preparing Yearly Sales Budget with Action Plan towards the implementation of the target.
∎ To plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities on a regular basis.
∎ To expand the business by creating new customer & maintain good relationships with clients.
∎ Observe competitors' activities and take necessary strategies accordingly.
∎ Assist management in developing business strategies.
∎ Taking a motivational step and rewards for valuable clients.
∎ To achieve any other goal that set up by the Management.
∎ Maintenance of record of activities in the official diary.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assigned by the Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates have experience as Marketing Officer in Newspaper sector will get extra preferences.
