Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in executing marketing campaigns:
∎ The Assistant Marketer will support the marketing team in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and advertising.
∎ Analyze marketing data:
∎ The Assistant Marketer will analyze marketing data to track campaign performance,
∎ identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve future campaigns.
∎ Coordinate marketing events:
∎ The Assistant Marketer will assist in coordinating marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches. This may involve booking venues, coordinating vendors and preparing marketing materials.
∎ Maintain marketing materials:
∎ The Assistant Marketer will help ensure that marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations, are up-to-date and accurate.
∎ Create marketing content:
∎ The Assistant Marketer will assist in creating new marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.
∎ Collaborate with other departments:
∎ The Assistant Marketer will work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with overall company goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong organizational and project management skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to analyze data and draw insights.
∎ Experience with marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hootsuite.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong attention to detail.
∎ Creative problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
