Responsibilities & Context:
Generate new clients for Interior & Exterior Design, Civil Construction, and Renovation projects.
Conduct field marketing visits in targeted areas to identify potential clients.
Collect project information by visiting sites and understanding client requirements.
Present company services, design process, and work quality to clients professionally.
Schedule client meetings, follow up regularly, and convert leads into confirmed projects.
Share company profile, brochures, and project samples with potential clients.
Assist in social media promotion by providing field insights and project updates.
Execute on-ground branding activities (banners, leaflets, networking, etc.).
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, visits, and follow-up activities.
Study market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
Build a strong network with homeowners, developers, contractors, and suppliers.
Support the marketing team in executing monthly targets and campaigns.
