Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bring leads and hunt new projects using online platforms and internal brands.
∎ Plan and work on the strategy to achieve monthly targets.
∎ Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner.
∎ Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular on-call meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
∎ Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products.
∎ Communication with International Clients via Call/Chat/Email.
∎ Regular Communication with internal production team and managers regarding projects and/or clients.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Excellent English communication skills.
∎ Strong understanding of online freelancing platforms (e.g Upwork, guru, freelancer.com, etc)
∎ Excellent leadership and team management skills.
∎ Huge Confidence & ability to achieve sales targets.
