- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
- Event Coordination: Attend parties and events, acting as the liaison between the guests and the restaurant & resort to ensure a memorable experience.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and explore new marketing opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Idea Generation: Develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns to promote the restaurant and resort, increasing foot traffic and online presence.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media platforms to engage with the audience, promote events, and share exciting updates.
