Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and Respond guests promptly with professionalism while Communicating with guests.
∎ Manage incoming phone calls and emails.
∎ Maintain visitor logs and manage appointments.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front desk operations.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
∎ Handle customer reservations via phone, email, or online portals.
∎ Update and manage booking records accurately.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with confirmation.
∎ Prepare daily reservation and occupancy reports.
