∎ Sales and Marketing Executive for Consultancy services & Construction activities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have the capability to Market visits in any situation every single day or as per the schedule, and identify potential Customers.
∎ Self-Motivated, Dynamic, and coordinate with sales personnel.
∎ Achieve Sales targets and build up relationships with the clients as well as the team member.
∎ Develop new ideas & implement marketing plans & initiatives for new & existing business
∎ Coordinate with all Departments and sales teams of the company
∎ Smooth communications with clients/ customers to maintain a good relationship.
∎ Analysis of customer requirements, Market research, current market conditions & competitor strategic movements.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing for Consultancy Services like all kinds of Drawing Design, Technical support, Construction works,
∎ and Green Building certifications.

∎ Age 23 to 30 years
