Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Diploma in Architecture or in Civil Engineering from any recognized institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make/prepare working drawings for RCC and Steel Structure.
∎ Preparing approval sheet drawing for various organizations.
∎ Develop detailed designs & drawings for both Interior and Exterior work
∎ Drafting the Structural & Architectural drawings as required
∎ Drafting the Plumbing drawing detailing
∎ Correction of drawing as per site requirement.
∎ Estimating
∎ Preparing bill of quantity (BOQ).
∎ Applicant must have knowledge of Auto CAD operation, drafting, and Scheduling.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Architectural, Structural & Plumbing drawing detailing will get an additional advantage.
∎ Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
∎ Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill.

Salary: Negotiable
