∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for Marketing Executive for Multinational Brand:(American Standard, Laufen, Cotto Tiles).
∎ Must have good concept of Real Estate business of Bangladesh.
∎ Must have clear understanding with Architects and Engineers of Bangladesh.
∎ Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
∎ Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
∎ Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
∎ Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
∎ Gathering market and customer information;
∎ Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
∎ Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
∎ Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
∎ Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
∎ Feeding future buying trends back to employers; and
∎ Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
