Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular visit to the cardiac Hospital/Clinic and Doctors.
∎ Make the awareness about the SAAOL treatment procedure.
∎ Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns (both electronic and paper-based, like: emails, proposal etc)
∎ Assisting in campaigns on social media.
∎ Search & find market gaps and take initiative.
∎ Build up relation with the cardiac and other doctors.
∎ Assisting in the Promotional activities.
∎ Organizing events, exhibitions, workshop and seminar about the SAAOL treatment procedure.
∎ Assume overall responsibility for developing & achieving the annual marketing & Sales target for the organization.
∎ Implements sales, marketing and service development programs.
∎ Searching new market.
∎ Ability to work both independently and with a team under pressure.
∎ Engage in any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
∎ Ability to achieve target and meet deadline
∎ Willing to travel frequently in and outside major cities of Bangladesh, as well as outside the country.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Doctor visit & hospital Service marketing would be an added advantage.
∎ Team player with smart personality and positive attitude.
∎ Must be target-oriented, dynamic, and confident.
∎ Effective presentation and communication skills in English (Verbal & Written) including the ability to draft a variety of correspondence.
∎ Excellent computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Can work independently with limited supervision.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively under stress.
∎ Demonstrates curiosity to learn and acquire knowledge from vastly different sources.
