∎ How to communicate with potential and existing clients to sell and market properties.
∎ How to make sales forecasting, planning, evaluation, and preparing action plans.
∎ How to report to the management team.
∎ How to use Microsoft Office and IT service and product knowledge.
∎ How to type in both Bangla and English on mobile and PC.
Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting market analysis and data collection.

∎ Regular market visits.
∎ Assisting in developing and maintaining communication with potential and existing clients to sell and market properties.
∎ Assisting in making daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasting, planning, evaluation, and preparing action plans accordingly.
∎ Assisting in reporting to the management team.
