Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA major in Marketing (NSU/IBA/IUB preferred)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have a strong mindset to take up challenges in the sales and marketing profession
∎ Must have to develop and maintain customer relationship with interpersonal skill
∎ New Client set up, monitoring & developments.
∎ Developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.
∎ Achieve sales target to ensure profitability of the organization.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of sales and Marketing.
∎ Review the customer requirements and make sure to meet the entire requirement.
∎ Monitor and analyze and submit all marketing and sales reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Strong Proficiency in Understanding, Speaking and Writing in Bengali and English.
