- Set up and maintain files, and keep correspondence and reports available for ready reference.
- Ability to develop marketing strategies, generate leads, and achieve sales targets· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities & Context:
- We are seeking a young, dynamic, and energetic individual who is eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bengali, both written and oral.
- Ability to develop marketing strategies, generate leads, and achieve sales targets
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (Social media campaigns, Google Ads, etc.)
- Basic IT skills (email management, data entry, online collaboration tools, Bengali typing, troubleshooting, etc).
- Ability to use AI tools in relevant marketing fields (content generation, data analysis, customer insights, etc).
- Preparing reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
- Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
- Any other task assigned by top management.
