• Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
• Notify the Managing Director of upcoming events & formulate necessary arrangements.
• Set up and maintain files, and keep correspondence and reports available for ready reference.
• Ability to develop marketing strategies, generate leads, and achieve sales targets· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• We are seeking a young, dynamic, and energetic individual who is eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Bengali, both written and oral.
• Ability to develop marketing strategies, generate leads, and achieve sales targets
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (Social media campaigns, Google Ads, etc.)
• Basic IT skills (email management, data entry, online collaboration tools, Bengali typing, troubleshooting, etc).
• Ability to use AI tools in relevant marketing fields (content generation, data analysis, customer insights, etc).
• Preparing reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
• Any other task assigned by top management.
