Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Seamark (BD) Limited is one of the biggest producers and exporters of frozen seafood in Bangladesh based in Chittagong. The company is looking for an experienced Marketing Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
∎ Key Responsibilities ·
∎ Manage marketing operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow·
∎ Assess marketing programs and projects and identify areas needing improvement·
∎ Devise strategies and tactics to find new opportunities and profitable growth·
∎ Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure a strong client base·
∎ Set goals and guidelines to achieve the company’s objectives· Organize marketing budgets and timelines·
∎ Deploy successful marketing campaigns from conception to execution
∎ Work closely with the sales team to penetrate new markets
∎ Evaluate market trends and gather market intelligence
∎ Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players to expand market presence·
∎ Drive brand growth and loyalty·
∎ Conduct market research and analysis both in domestic and export market
