Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To manage customer relationships, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with customer acquisition and retention goals.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
∎ Provide regular reports and insights to management, recommending adjustments and improvements based on data-driven analysis.
∎ Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
∎ Collaborate with sales and other teams to maximize the impact of events on brand awareness and lead generation.
∎ Maintain and enhance the company's brand image by ensuring consistency in messaging and visual elements across all communication platforms.
∎ Work closely with design teams to develop marketing collateral that reflects the brand identity.
∎ Must work with sales targets.
