Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors and/or Master's degree preferably in Marketing or related subjects from a reputed university. Candidates from English medium background will be preferred

Job Responsibilities:
∎ SEO & Website Management:
∎ 1. Adding and updating content on the company WordPress site.
∎ 2. Designing/redesigning website content using Elementor, looking after and managing other relevant plugins.
∎ 3. Optimizing copy, images and landing pages for search engine optimization.
∎ 4. Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
∎ 5. Reviewing blogs, designs, infographics, video contents and so on before it gets published on the website or social media.
∎ 6. Ensuring that all content on the website meets the required SEO standards, ensuring the optimum user experience.
∎ 7. Researching on effective link building strategies; performing on-page and off-page SEO activities.
∎ 8. Should have good skills on SEO to increase onsite and offsite website optimization
∎ Content Production and Management:
∎ 1. Copywriting, reviewing and proofreading creative content and designs for website and other marketing collateral.
∎ 2. Video content production - preparing and editing scripts, subtitles; coordinating with the Videographer to plan and initiate video content production tasks.
∎ 3. Preparing case studies based on available data and information.
∎ 4. Writing blogs/articles on relevant topics and optimizing them for better reach.
∎ 5. Coordinating employee and client testimonials, conducting interviews.
∎ 6. Writing copies for Southtech products and corporate brochures, flyers, leaflets, banners, posters, etc.
∎ 7. Taking part in the making of informative product demo, promo and tutorial videos; providing voiceover where necessary.
∎ 8. Translation of documents and other marketing content (English to Bangla and Bangla to English).
∎ Market Research and Reporting:
∎ 1. Carrying out extensive market research on specific industries, products, competitors and opportunities.
∎ 2. Researching and preparing reports on market entry strategy for new products and services.
∎ 3. Working with the development team/AMs to figure out product features, benefits and USPs to highlight them in our marketing materials.
∎ General Tasks:
∎ 1. Coordinating all marketing activities during any indoor or outdoor events/fairs/expos.
∎ 2. Keeping track of all marketing collateral; coordinating and following up with different external vendors for printing, publishing, etc.
∎ 3. Following up with the accounts team for any marketing related expenses and payments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Accustomed in using social media sites like: LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter etc.
∎ Experience in writing and publishing Professional blogs or articles
∎ Experience in WordPress
∎ Fluent in English
∎ High level of interpersonal skill
∎ Good presentation skill

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Remuneration and benefits package including competitive salary
∎ Two bonuses per year (per bonuses will be equal one month's basic salary)
