• Lead marketing & business development activities
• Build partnerships with Polytechnic, TTC, BMET, and technical institutes
• Develop corporate relationships with factories, construction firms, and industrial organizations
• Organize seminars, workshops, and awareness campaigns
• Coordinate with digital marketing agency and internal team
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Supervise field executives and daily activities
