Responsibilities & Context:
Greet and assist walk-in students, answer phone and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
Manage student enrollment documentation, records, and basic data entry
Collect course fees and coordinate with the accounts manager for payment records
Post daily content on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn using provided content calendars
Monitor and reply to social media comments, messages, and student inquiries across all platforms
Execute WhatsApp and email broadcast campaigns using provided tools and scripts
Design social media posts, banners, flyers, and course promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Canva
Upload and manage student certificates in the website's certificate verification section (WordPress)
Update course information, blog posts, and gallery on the PSDRI website
Coordinate with freelance video editors — share raw footage and collect final edited Reels and videos
Monitor and run Facebook and Google ad campaigns as directed
Track weekly digital performance and share a simple report with management
