Position Overview:
Sunridge Academy is seeking a courteous and responsible Marketing Assistant on a contractual basis for a period of three (03) to six (06) months.
The Marketing Assistant – Flyer Distribution is a field-oriented role focused on increasing brand awareness and driving enrolment for Sunridge Academy.
The potential candidate will be responsible for the strategic physical distribution of promotional materials—such as leaflet, flyers and brochures—at high-traffic locations including English medium school and residential areas.
This is a high-energy, field-based role that requires professional conduct, as you are often the first point of contact for English medium school students, parents.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Distribute leaflets, flyers, brochures and promotional materials to students, parents and guardians.
Visit nearby schools, residential areas and public places to reach potential students, parents and guardians.
Briefly explain the coaching centre’s courses, facilities and benefits to interested parents and students.
Identify potential customers and encourage them to visit the coaching centre for counselling or demo classes.
Maintain a daily record of areas covered and feedback received from the public.
Maintain discipline, ethical behaviour and brand image during field activities.
Follow assigned routes, schedules and promotional guidelines.
Support the marketing team during admission campaigns and promotional events.
